WARRANTY
Artic Air’s installation works are warranted for 5 years. Furthermore, all our service works carry a warranty ranging from 6 months -12 months depending on the application at hand. There are no charges for new installation quotes. Service and repair quotes are only charged if they exceed the time invested in diagnosis and preparation of the quote.
We have two dedicated service coordinators, who understand the communication process required with property managers – from receiving the work order, collecting keys, to the booking of the appointment with tenants.
WELL EQUIPPED
With a dedicated service manager, advanced fleet of 5 fully equipped service vehicles on the road, qualified technicians, smart phones, I-pad connectivity, and GPS tracking, we cover all metropolitan areas across Adelaide. Artic Air can dispatch a van to new location with all relevant details of the job emailed through to the technician within 30 mins, if required in an emergency request.

With all of this in place, we are capable of taking care of your cooling and heating needs through peak times. Our endeavour is to become a leading service provider in the heating and cooling industry for the rental and commercial markets, covering repairs, installation change overs, new installations and general maintenance.
