All of our installations are carried out in-house. We do not outsource to random contractors. This enables us to maintain the highest standards of quality in our work. Pictures of the completed installations are saved in our data bank and emailed to the clients as a confirmation of job done. We strive to ensure your satisfaction.
WARRANTY
Artic Air’s installation works are warranted for 5 years. All service works carry a warranty of 6 months – 12 months, depending on the application at hand.
COMPREHENSIVE QUOTES
We do not charge for new installation quotes. Service and repair quotes are only charged if the quote not exceeds the time invested in diagnosis and preparation of the quote.
WELL EQUIPPED
We have two dedicated service coordinators, who understand the communication process required, from the point of receiving the work order, to the booking of the appointment with you. With a dedicated service manager, 5 fully-equipped service vehicles on road, qualified technicians, smart phones, Ipad connectivity, and GPS tracking, we cover all metropolitan areas across Adelaide.
In case of an emergency, we can dispatch a van to a new location, with all relevant details of the job emailed through to the technician, within 30 mins.
